Rzzrv is a digital platform owned and operated by Reserve Online Trading. It connects customers with a curated selection of vendors specializing in hospitality and catering services. While Rzzrv facilitates the booking process and enhances communication, the responsibility for service fulfillment lies with the vendor. We are committed to providing a seamless experience and will always step in when needed to support our customers.

Customers can browse services, select vendors, and schedule their desired date and time through the app. Orders can be paid in full at the time of booking or marked as “Pay Later,” in which case the order will remain in pending status.

Pending orders are not confirmed and may be automatically cancelled if not paid within the vendor’s specified timeframe.

Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed instantly and forwarded to the vendor.

Customers are strictly prohibited from paying vendors directly. All payments must be processed securely through the Rzzrv platform.

Vendors manage their own availability through the Rzzrv dashboard and are solely responsible for delivering the service. Rzzrv does not provide delivery or execution services, although we may occasionally inspect orders for quality control.

If assistance is needed, our 365-day contact center is available to support customers throughout their journey. Customers may also choose to communicate directly with vendors, though Rzzrv encourages contacting our team for the best experience.

Customers may cancel any order that remains in pending status for a full refund. If the order has been paid for, cancellation is only possible if the vendor has not yet started working on it. In such cases, Rzzrv will issue a full refund. Once the vendor begins fulfilling the order, cancellation may not be possible.

• All payments and refunds are handled directly by Rzzrv.

• Rzzrv does not charge any service fees for refunds.

• However, your bank or payment provider may charge fees, which are beyond our control.

• If a vendor fails to deliver or provides subpar service, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and restore customer satisfaction.

If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery or service time, the vendor will attempt to contact them and wait up to 30 minutes. After this window, the order will be marked as a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.

If a service allows customization, this will be indicated on the service page. If no option is shown, customizations are not available. Customers are responsible for clearly communicating any specific needs at the time of booking. Rzzrv is not liable for misunderstandings resulting from unclear or incomplete instructions.

Our team is available year-round to support you. For select orders, Rzzrv may assign a personal butler to assist you. This service is complimentary and assigned at our discretion. We reserve the right to offer, modify, or withdraw the butler service without prior notice.

Vendors on Rzzrv are selected based on their ability to deliver exceptional service. If a vendor fails to meet our quality standards or customer expectations, Rzzrv reserves the right to suspend or remove them from the platform without notice.

All deliveries are fulfilled directly by the vendors. Once an order is confirmed and paid, a member of the Rzzrv team will contact you to confirm the delivery address.

Please note: Once the address is confirmed, it will be considered final. Requests to change the delivery location may be declined unless approved in advance by our customer support team. We encourage you to notify us immediately if a change is needed.

If any issues arise with the delivery, please report them to our support team within 24 hours. We recommend submitting documentation (such as photos) to help resolve the matter quickly. While Rzzrv does not deliver orders directly, we are committed to assisting with any escalations and supporting you throughout the resolution process.

Promo codes are single-use unless otherwise specified. Misuse of promo codes may result in cancellation or recalculation of your order total. Rzzrv reserves the right to deactivate promo codes at any time without prior notice.

Prices are set by vendors. If additional fees apply due to special requests, you will be contacted for approval before proceeding. If you do not agree to the updated total, your order will be canceled.

Reviews must be based on genuine orders. Rzzrv has the right to remove, modify, or reuse submitted reviews. Fake or misleading reviews will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

All logos, content, media, and design elements on the Rzzrv platform are the property of Reserve Online Trading and may not be used or copied without written permission.

All platform content is protected. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Rzzrv app or website for commercial purposes without our written approval.

You may not share, transfer, or sell your account. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or place orders. Rzzrv reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate any account at its discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the vendor and the customer will be escalated to the Rzzrv support team for review.
